30-Day Return Policy
Return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories.
How to Return
- Contact support@wowogoo.com with your order number and reason.
- We'll provide a return authorization and shipping label.
- Pack securely and drop off at the designated carrier.
Refunds
Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method after inspection.
Warranty
All WoWogoo products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
